BEST TIME TO TRAVEL
The best time to visit Australia will depend on where you want to go and what you want to do.
Some of Australia's most popular tourist attractions are Sydney Harbour, the Great Barrier Reef, Uluru, and Kakadu National Park.
Temperatures are warm year-round but the best time to visit is in the summer or spring.
If you're looking forward to picture-perfect days on Queensland's famous beaches or the Great Barrier Reef, plan your trip during the summer months (December to February).
Head into Outback Australia to see Uluru, Kakadu, Litchfield and the Katherine Gorge. It's when the weather is cooler (some might call it cold) and you can swim in the spectacular waterfalls
